This is a very important episode as we discuss the links between diet and mental health. David's story has the potential to help many people.  He gained control of his bipolar disorder through lifestyle changes when standard care failed him. David also overcame binge eating processed foods and compensating with excessive exercise. His victory over addiction is very encouraging and gives us hope.
