Join us for the amazing journey of Jim under the guidance of Dr. Andy Phung.  Another must listen episode!  Sorry, this seems to happen every week!  Jim's story will speak to many people and help them stay on track.  We discuss his journey and how he was able to stay on track to save his life and those of his friends and family.  He was going to get a gastric sleeve but avoided that with diet and exercise.  This is an inspiring story---10 inches off the waist and down 5 shirt sizes and down 110 lbs. No longer on CPAP for sleep apnea, inflammation gone.  "It took me 10 years to get to 300 lbs and a year to lose 110 lbs, not bad."  We discuss the importance of family support, setting goals, and staying the course.  Awesome stuff!
