Dr. Naiman discusses the importance of increased protein intake and high intensity exercise. We discuss why some people struggle on a Ketogenic Diet and how to get them back on track.  Dr. Naiman is a true pioneer in the Low Carb community and has vast experience.  Even though he only works out 15 minutes a day and still looks the way he does, we still like him!  (Run Time: 1:03:30).
