This week we are joined by Dr. Ben Bocchicchio, a doctor of exercise physiology. Dr. Ben began low carb eating and fasting interventions in the 1970's. He is one of the fathers of high intensity interval training (HIIT). He created slow resistance training in 1973 now called SMaRT training (Slow, Maximum, Response Training). His book "15 Minutes to Fitness" is the bible for combining controlled carb eating with high intensity exercise for all populations.
